Pipestone Builders works hand and glove with all agencies in regard to each specific project. Government jobs require a much more stringent set of rules, guidelines, and high standards of technical knowledge. Pipestone Builders has worked as a contractor for over 21 years. In addition we have worked in the private sector for over 32 years. We have a working knowledge of the trades involved in the building sector.

In 1972, Richard Pemberton started in the drywall trade graduating from the apprenticeship levels to finish as a journeyman drywall finisher. Richard worked his trade for 15 years before becoming a drywall contractor in 1987.

In 1996, PipestoneBuilders became a reality. A licensed general contractor in the state of Arizona

Just like most folks we do the best we can do to love and support our family, be good citizens, and try to be as self-sufficient as we can. So this has been a very satisfying journey.

Again, I always have a hands-on approach to all my projects. I am a small contracting firm but I have the capacity to expand depending on the job requirements. We only do jobs within our licensing limits and require all of our sub-contractors to be licensed, bonded, and insured.
